What to Expect

Before your treatment is due, we'll work with you and your provider to coordinate on your care, review your benefits, and help reduce costs when possible.

  1. 1 Referral Received
    We've received a referral for your care, and are beginning the intake process.
  2. 2 We May Contact You to Gather Info
    We may need to check or confirm some details from your intake to keep things moving smoothly and ensure clinical excellence.
  3. 3 Proactive Setup
    We can begin preparing for your plan’s go-live date up to 60 days in advance. Treatment services will begin on your official go-live date.
  4. 4 Provider Coordination
    We will contact your provider for clinicals and prescription information needed.
  5. 5 Coverage Confirmation
    We conduct clinical reviews to satisfy prior authorizations, as applicable.
  6. 6 Coordinate Delivery or Service
    After approvals are complete, care will be scheduled or provided for upcoming doses once your plan goes live.
You and your provider's responsiveness is key to timely service. If responses are slow, the process can take several weeks.
